A small group of folks are being shuttled to Lusk, Wyoming to bicycle self-contained back to Iowa City. We will join RAGBRAI in Atlantic.
Traveling back I noticed no old hwy road going into Wasta and Wall. It is legal to ride the interstates in S.D. Just wondering if you had to take I90 to Wall.
